Why we built it
Kitty Kurlz got popular the noisy way — social ads. Popularity brought knockoff listings using our name, auto-generated “legit or scam?” videos, and marketplace sellers we've never met. When people searched for reviews, they found that noise instead of our customers.
So we built the quiet room: every review we can match to a real order, published in full with the critiques on top, plus every photo and video customers have sent us. The rules we follow — no suppression, no incentives, plain-average math — are documented onhow our reviews work.
